3. Prohibited use
- illegal content or unlawful use
- copyright infringement or sharing material you do not own or control
- malware, phishing, fraud, spam, or attempts to harm systems or users
- abuse, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or invasive privacy violations
- content involving sexual exploitation of minors or other severely harmful material
- attempts to bypass limits, scrape the service, interfere with operation, or gain unauthorized access
4. Reports, moderation, and removal
zzload may review metadata, abuse reports, and operational signals. The service may also locally decrypt content in the admin moderation flow when required to investigate abuse or enforce these terms. Content may be blocked, removed, or made unavailable without notice.
5. Storage and availability
zzload is provided on an as-available basis. Availability, retention time, and file access may change at any time. Content may expire, be deleted, become unavailable, or fail to download. Keep your own copies of anything important.
6. Ownership
You keep your rights in your content. These terms do not transfer ownership of your files to zzload. However, you give zzload the limited rights needed to host, store, transmit, secure, moderate, and make the service work.
7. No warranty and limitation
To the maximum extent allowed by law, zzload is provided without warranties of any kind. zzload is not liable for lost data, unavailable files, interrupted service, indirect damages, or losses caused by your use of the service or inability to use it.
